i have had nothing but baby news for the past few days. friends finding out for the first time that their pregnancy test was positive....to friends laying their eyes on their first born for the first time.
the day i brought my first baby home, brady and i went straight to my parents house. it was mimi and papa's first grandchild. i was sitting in our rocking chair (the one i hope to inherit) =)hee hee and just staring down at baylor resting so peacefully. she caught me in my gaze and said, bri, take a good look at him cause tomorrow he will be graduating high school. everyday i wake up, this bit of advice is never far from my mind. i catch myself still staring at my children in amazement and awe. i am constantly trying to capture every moment of their existence so that when they move on to have families of their own, i can remember the pure joy and happiness that they have brought to my life. although i am more than a mother, my children complete me.

I think about that too. I need to be better so, I can capture every cute moment & then.. the kids are running through the house hitting each other... while the baby is sleeping!!! ugh.
Ya, and just think that baby of yours is almost a teenager. I can barely wrap my brain around that!
