everyone keeps telling him

it is kind of a sad day really.
baylor can no longer eat a list of things.
but the one thing he will miss the most.

since baylor was knee high to a grasshopper dr. rooklidge has been telling me to put braces on my kid. but i wanted to wait. he was still growing, his mouth was still changing. plus, i only wanted him to have them once. especially since the metal is going to cost 5500 bucks. that's like.

My Carter-Bug needs braces SO bad! They grow up way too stinkin' fast! I can't believe it! Bay looks cute with braces :) I had to wear mine for 4 years, but don't tell him that...LOL
Yeah don't count on 18 months... my brother went to college with his on. I'm hopeful, but not holding my breath, that one of our kids will get my straight teeth. I only had to have a retainer on top to push my teeth together.
Um all I can say is
MAN AM I GLAD YOU WERE NOT CAMERA READY WHEN I GOT MINE ON AT 40!

18 months might do it. I was told 2 years for mine and it was 2 years. His teeth don't look that bad to me!

unreal.
They can do so many amazing things now...the key is that he DOES what they TELL him to do. It seems to go faster that way, go figure!

@ collette: i agree, his teeth are not that bad. but, he has a mad over bite meaning his top teeth literally cover his bottom teeth and a narrowing jawline. 18 months here we come! :)
@ melanie: my thanks to dreamworks and shrek. i thought you would never talk to me after that day...and here we are BFFs and +10 years later! YAY!
WOW. he is going to be one stud muffin when he get those braces off!! :) 18 months forsure!!! ;)
My Jamie finally got hers after she married... they were much more appreciated .. now she has her beautiful teeth .. and I did not have through the struggle .. Me .. after braces at 15 ..my teeth shifted.. my bite is not right and my teeth not straight so my mom paid all that money and my teeth .. at 50 at not right .. Good things come to those who wait ... Wisdom is a blessed thing :) Love LisaMe!
