sleeping beauty

this is what i found waiting for me in my email when i came back from lunch today. brady sent it to me. brooklyn had fallen asleep on the couch while he was working next to her on his computer. i just want to stare at it because it is like pausing the world. i want time to stand still. i know the reality, i know that everytime i turn around, she is learning something new and she is growing smarter. i know that everytime i go away, she is growing taller. so, i will continue to try and capture the moments that i can. she is quick and hard to photograph, but for this one moment- she is still and sleeping.

and she is such a beauty.
